Requirements:

5 years experience on a similar position (in operational/project management)

MA in Economics or similar
-
Fluency in English and Bulgarian
-
Professional computer literacy and excellent Internet knowledge
-
Relationship management and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Monitors Project Managers of websites
-
Develops annual business plans identifying key activities and priorities; sets and manages performance targets and contracts

Manages day to day research and development programs and activities to facilitate introduction of new products or processes or recommend improvements of existing products or processes

Manages multiple tasks and priorities, as well as long-term relationships at all levels of customers
-
Facilitates optimal communication structure between teams
-
In addition, the Director will be prepared to carry out any other reasonable duties requested by the CEO and the Board of directors
