Водещият индекс на българския фондов пазар SOFIX изпрати ноември със спад от 2,5%, като напълно заличи спечеленото през октомври, когато се повиши за пръв път от четири месеца. Борсовият измерител изпрати предпоследния месец на 2015 г. на ниво от 435,56 пункта, а само четири компании от неговия състав отчетоха повишения за 30-те дни.
Равносметката през ноември е следната – всички основни индекси на БФБ записват понижения, книжата на четири компании, влизащи в състава на SOFIX поскъпват, общо 10 „бият“ бенчмарка, като реализират по-добър резултат от него, а общо 11 дружества изпращат единадесетия месец на годината с по-ниски цени на акциите си.
Първи по ръст в цената на акциите през ноември е Холдинг Варна АД. С месечно покачване от 4,55% и от началото на годината от 42,15% до 23 лв. за ценна книга и месечен оборот от 21,6 хил. лв. дружеството повежда печелившите. През деветмесечието на 2015 г. печалбата на холдинга се подобри съществени заради положителни операции с финансови активи.
На втора позиция е Адванс Терафонд АДСИЦ. Акциите на компанията поскъпват с 1,1% до 2,022 лв., но са със 17% по-евтини спрямо края на 2014 г. Дружеството обаче е първо по оборот с малко над 1 млн. лв., второ по прехвърлени акции през месеца (525 268 броя) и четвърто по брой сделки. Това се случва на фона на новините, че Адванс Терафонд АДСИЦ е договорил 5,51% по-висока рента за 2016 г. и че печалбата за деветмесечието намалява повече от три пъти.
На трета позиция през ноември попада Стара планина холд АД с 0,28% ръст в цената до 3,62 лв. През деветмесечието консолидираната печалба на дружеството спада с 12,6%, но компанията очаква своята най-голяма нетната печалба на неконсолидирана база в своята история през 2015 г.
На четвърта позиция през месеца попада Индустриален Капитал Холдинг АД. Компанията отчете 5,5% годишен спад на консолидираната печалба в края на септември, но акциите й поскъпнаха с 0,19% до 3,195 лв. за брой.
Акциите на М+С Хидравлик, ЦКБ и Химимпорт поевтиняват с около 1% през ноември, докато спад в цената от около 2% записват Фонд за недвижими имоти България АДСИЦ, Трейс Груп Холд АД и Индустриален Холдинг България АД.
От тях ФНИБ инкасира най-голям брой прехвърлени акции – 1 621 601 броя, и втори най-висок месечен оборот – от 807,8 хил. лв. Книжата на АДСИЦ-а поевтиняват с 1,43% през ноември и с 10,6% от началото на 2015 г. до 0,483 лв. Компанията реализира и с 84% по-висока печалба през деветмесечието.
През ноември с най-много поевтиняха акциите на Първа инвестиционна банка – с 11,9% до 2,05 лв., като на практика изтриха спечелното през октомври, когато бяха първи по ръст.
Компания на банката в дъното на таблицата правят още Софарма и Албена. Фармацевтичната компания изтри още 5,6% от цената на акциите си и увеличи спада от началото на годината до 35,6% до 2,5 лв. за брой.
От своя страна курортният комплекс записа 4,8% месечен спад в цената до 45,67 лв. за ценна книга, най-нисък оборот (12,5 хил. лв.), най-малък брой сделки (13), най-малък брой прехвърлени акции (273), но и 5,9% годишен ръст на консолидираните продажби през деветмесечието на 2015 г.
