От 511 оферти за акции на ЧЕЗ Разпределение и ЧЕЗ Електро по време на вчерашния аукцион, нито една не е била на минималните цени (съответно 1 415 и 8 660 лв.), защото никой не е очаквал, че може да купи на тях.
Тоест никой не е очаквал, че мажоритарният собственик, чешката CEZ няма да участва в наддаването и ще останат непродадени акции (1/4 от тези в ЧЕЗ Разпределение и 2/3 от тези в ЧЕЗ Електро).
Съответно вчера средните цени на аукциона бяха с 13% над минималната при ЧЕЗ Разпределение и с 10% над минималната при ЧЕЗ Електро въпреки голямото количество непродадени акции.
"Решихме да не участваме в приватизацията, тъй като според нас притежаването на 67% е достатъчно, за да ги контролираме", каза говорителката на ЧЕЗ Барбара Пулпанова пред чешки медии. Според нея работата на двете компании няма да се промени дори и след продажбата на акциите на българската държава.
При търга за Енерго-про на 3 октомври 2012 г. имаше три оферти на минималната цена от 109,87 лв. за акции на Енерго-про Мрежи АД, както и една оферта при минималната от 11,09 лв. за акция за Енерго-Про Продажби АД. Тоест тогава се е вярвало, че може да се купи на минималната.
На 21 декември 2011 г. при продажбата на държавните акции в ЕВН имаше две оферти за акции на ЕВН Разпределение при минималната цена от 1 373,92 лв. за акция. При всички случаи и на трите търга очакванията мажоритарният собственик да не участва са били ниски.
В днешния втори ден от аукционите за ЧЕЗ вече имаше голямо търсене на минималната цена. При ЧЕЗ Електро имаше оферта за 225 акции (над 10% от предлагането) при 8 660 лв. и бе изпълнена. При ЧЕЗ Разпределение България имаше оферта на минималната цена (1415 лв.) и много оферти малко над нея. Вече имаше вяра, че може да се купи на минималната и съответно опити за това.
Ситуацията около трите енергоразпределителни дружества много напомня на „самонадъхването” на инвеститорите след всяко поредно IPO в периода 2006-2007 г., за да се стигне до фиаското в края на 2007 и началото на 2008 г. довело SOFIX до 85% спад.
