От AES България, част от американската AES и собственик на ТЕЦ „AES Гълъбово”, очакват да постигнат споразумение с НЕК и държавата за промяна на договорите за дългосрочно изкупуване на електрическа енергия, съобщиха от пресцентъра на компанията.
„Водим активен диалог с НЕК и правителството и вярвам, че до края на март ще постигнем споразумение за промяна на договорите за дългосрочно изкупуване на електрическа енергия“, е заявил изпълнителният директор на AES България Оливие Маркет пред журналисти в Стара Загора.
„Разрешаването на проблемите в сектора изисква редица мерки. Ние ще изпълним нашата част от тях, но делът на ТЕЦ „AES Гълъбово” в общото количество електроенергия, изкупувано от НЕК на пазара, е много малък. Затова ще са необходими други мерки и смятаме, че обявеният от правителството пакет в областта на енергетиката е много добър и трябва да бъде приложен“, посочва Маркет.
Той подчертава, че печалбата на AES България от производството на електрическа енергия е много по-малка от цитираните в различни източници 17%. По думите му този процент е бил заложен при първоначалните преговори, преди влизането на AES на българския пазар. Впоследствие споразумението е било изменяно многократно, включително цената за разполагаемост.
AES може да излезе на свободния пазар на електрическа енергия, при условие че съществуват специфични механизми, които да отговорят на променливостта на приходите, да ни позволят последователно да изпълняваме ангажиментите си към нашите кредитори и трети страни и да покрият инвестираните в проекта 1,3 млрд. евро, казва още Маркет.
Той заявява, че не е реалистично да се очаква преговорите между НЕК, правителството и AES да доведат до 30% намаляване на цената на изкупуваната енергия. „Уверен съм обаче, че ще намерим решение, което да удовлетворява и двете страни“, обяснява той.
Припомняме, че през февруари НЕК подписа меморандуми за разбирателство с двете т. нар. американски централи в Маришкия басейн (ТЕЦ "AES Гълъбово" и ТЕЦ "КонтурГлобал Марица Изток 3"), в които е предвидено предоговаряне на изкупната цена на тока от двете централи в посока надолу. От своя страна, НЕК гарантира, че ще изплати просрочените задължения към тези инвеститори, които са в общ размер от 600 млн. лева.
600-мегаватовата ТЕЦ “AES Гълъбово”, разположенa в близост до Гълъбово, произвежда електричество изцяло от местни лигнитни въглища от Маришкия басейн. Централата осигурява около 5% от инсталираната енергийна мощност на страната и създава над 450 работни места. Годишно централата използва средно над 4,5 милиона тона лигнитни въглища, което представлява между 23% и 27% от годишното производство на Мини Марица Изток.
